Cladogram Project |
|
The cladogram project was a project to teach us what a cladogram is and further explanation for common day uses. We were given multiple different types of hardware and were tasked with making a cladogram out of them. We were first told to categorize the pieces into "species." We then gave scientific names to each species and give a story to explain how they changed.

PCR LAB
CONCLUTION:
Overall this was a good unit. Two peaks I had in this unit was, when I finished the entire timeline project in just one day. Another peak in this project was when our group finished entirely and wasn't late. Also a peak was when i learned how to properly use a pipet. However a pit in this project was when we had to restart our entire cladogram project because the instructions weren't told to us completely because no one in my group understood them. Another pit in this project was when almost no one got results in the PCR lab only four people did so it was rather useless.
